Dr Emma Judge, CPsychol

With extensive knowledge of leadership in complex, multinational environments, Emma offers strengths-based coaching and development in the areas of authenticity,  resilience and agility to support thriving and energised leaders  and teams at the executive level.

Her early HR career spread across the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors, culminating in the role of VP of HR for Frito-Lay (Pepsi).  The experience she gained whilst progressing executives to senior leadership roles, combined with her deep knowledge of the essential psychological principles of how leaders can thrive, informs her approach. Over the past 15 years, Emma’s clients have included organisations from the FTSE 100, the VC market and the Public Sector.

Continually taking heed of the latest changes in the world of leadership psychology and development, Emma has strong links with Academia. Whilst living in the USA, she obtained a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.  Her PhD focused on how leaders thrive at work in the public and private sector, she is a Visiting Fellow at Buckinghamshire New University and currently studying neuroscience at Kings College London.

Emma also brings her expertise to the world of education as founder of All About Thriving, supporting the emotional resilience of young people, teachers and school leaders.   Her work as a trustee of the charity Family Links also reflects her interest in the emotional health of young people and their carers.
