Whilst living in the USA, she obtained a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Her PhD focused on how leaders thrive at work in the public and private sector, she is a Visiting Fellow at Buckinghamshire New University and currently studying neuroscience at Kings College London.
Emma also brings her expertise to the world of education as founder of All About Thriving, supporting the emotional resilience of young people, teachers and school leaders. Her work as a trustee of the charity Family Links also reflects her interest in the emotional health of young people and their carers.
